This error indicates that the user does not have the right level of access to the "Apsona Items" and "Apsona Multistep Report" objects. Users need Read, Create, Edit, Delete permissions on both of these objects. And they need edit access on all fields within the objects (ie: "View All Fields" setting for each object). This can be provided via the profile, or permission set. Once this access is provided please ask the user to clear Apsona's cache.
