When you edit a layout using the Details Panel in Apsona, those changes are saved only to your personal view unless you set it as the default layout. Other users won’t see your updated configuration unless it’s explicitly made global.
Resolution / Steps:
In Apsona, go to Settings → Default Layouts.
Locate the object or layout you modified.
Set your updated layout as the Default Layout for all users or for the desired configuration group.
Once set as default, the layout will become visible to all users sharing the same configuration, ensuring consistency across your team.
