Why can't I grant access to Apsona Support?

For a user to allow Apsona support staff to log into their org for troubleshooting, the user must grant Apsona access to your Org and reply to Apsona with the Org ID so Apsona support staff can find the org in our system.

If a user doesn’t see Apsona listed in the "grant access" section of their user settings, one of the following applies.

  • A system admin disabled the ability for non-admins to grant access.
  • The user doesn’t have a license for the Apsona package.
  • The package is licensed to the entire org. In this scenario, only an admin with the Manage Users permission can grant access.
  • The org setting Administrators Can Log in as Any User is enabled.
