This issue can occur even when the user has the correct Apsona and Batch Gift Entry licenses, appropriate profile permissions, object access, and the assigned Apsona Configuration has been applied. A common cause is that one or more dependent objects required by Batch Gift Entry are not marked as Visible in the assigned Apsona Configuration.
Batch Gift Entry relies on several related objects to load its functionality. In this case, the GAU Allocation and General Accounting Unit objects were not visible in the user's assigned Apsona Configuration. Because these required objects were hidden, Batch Gift Entry could not load completely, causing the Export, Edit, Clone, and + Add Entries buttons to disappear. Eventually, the Batches menu also became unavailable.
To resolve the issue, update the assigned Apsona Configuration and mark all required Batch Gift Entry objects, including GAU Allocation and General Accounting Unit, as Visible. After saving the configuration, have the user clear the Apsona cache so the updated settings are applied.
When troubleshooting missing Batch Gift Entry features, don't verify only licenses and permissions. Also ensure that all dependent objects required by Batch Gift Entry are marked as Visible in the assigned Apsona Configuration, as hidden objects can prevent the feature from loading correctly.
