Why am I getting the error: "We can't save this record because the [AUTOMATION NAME] process failed. Give your Salesforce admin these details."?

If you receive an error that mentions that a process or flow failed, it means that there is custom automation in your org that is failing during this operation. The automation name will be in the error. You can go to Setup->Process Builder, or Setup->Flow and look for the name of that piece of automation. Review the automation to see how it is conflicting with the operation you are attempting in Apsona.
