This error may have to do with your personal email settings in Salesforce. Apsona sends emails through Salesforce's email engine. There is an option for users to have Salesforce route their outgoing emails through their own email client, like Outlook. If this setting is enabled, Apsona can not send emails through your user. To adjust this go to your user icon in the upper right of your screen, click on Settings->My Email Settings and then choose "Salesforce Email Composer".
If you need to keep a different email client set, you will not be able to use Apsona to send emails.
