Why am I getting no results when using the " CSV File " option in the Dedupe tool?

Currently, this feature requires that you use the 18 digit version of the record IDs in your source csv file. If you are unfamiliar with the concept of 15 vs 18 digit IDs in Salesforce you can search the web for articles that describe the details.
