Merge actions are only available from the data source where you created them. So if you don't see a merge action that you are looking for in the dropdown of choices, you must identify what data source the merge action is dedicated to. - Go to Apsona->Settings->Merge Actions (if you are not an admin in Salesforce you will not see all merge actions. Contact your administrator for assistance)
- Search for your merge action and click on the row once you find it
- Look for the Data source in the detail panel
- Visit the data source and click the Mail/Merge button to see it in the dropdown menu.
