What happens to a user's Reports in Apsona when they leave the organization? Will others still have access?

Yes, other users can still access the Reports as long as those reports are saved in a shared folder or in a folder that the remaining users (like a colleague or admin) have access to.

To ensure a smooth transition:

1/ Move any important reports from private to shared folders.
2/ Use the Apsona Items tab to transfer ownership of reports, if needed.
3/ Reassign any scheduled reports to an active user to prevent failures.
4/ System Administrators typically retain visibility and access to all reports by default.
