Apsona’s Batch Gift Entry (BGE) tool is specifically designed to work with Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and is not compatible with other Salesforce cloud platforms or architectures, as these may use different data models and object structures. As such, the BGE add-on will not function as intended outside of the NPSP environment. However, Apsona’s core features, including multi-step reporting, data import/export, and document merge, can still be used across any Salesforce org regardless of the underlying platform. While the BGE tool itself is not supported, Apsona offers flexible alternatives that enable users to build custom gift entry workflows using standard or custom objects configured within the current system.
