Here are a couple of things to check if a user does not see the delete option from the Tools menu:
- Confirm that the user's profile or permission set in Salesforce grants delete permission on the object. Confirm whether you have sharing settings such that the object is 'private' and thus only allows the user to delete records that they own.
- Confirm that the Apsona Configuration assigned to that user's profile provides the delete permission. This article discusses Apsona Configurations further.
