In email merges we would like a way to turn on/off emails by user, especially in Sandbox. We generally keep the emails turned off in Sandbox unless we are testing email merges. When we do turn emails on it is late in the evening/early morning when less users will be in Apsona. It would be really helpful if we can turn on emails only for the user testing and not worry about other users accidentally sending emails to donors.
