Currently, the "Send Record Attachment with Email" feature in Apsona Email Merge only includes a single matching attachment. When multiple files meet the specified criteria, Apsona automatically selects the most recently modified attachment, and users have no option to include additional matching files or control which attachment is chosen.
This limitation creates challenges for organizations that need to send multiple related documents together, such as an original agreement and one or more amendments. Recipients may receive only the most recent document while missing supporting documents. Supporting multiple matching attachments and providing greater control over attachment selection would improve the flexibility of Email Merge and better accommodate common document distribution scenarios.
