Currently, Scheduled Merge Actions can only send the generated email with output to the user who owns or creates the scheduled job. There is no option to specify additional recipients or distribution lists as part of the scheduled action.
This limitation requires the job owner to manually forward the email to other stakeholders each time the scheduled action runs. This creates unnecessary manual effort and increases the risk that recipients may not receive timely information. Supporting multiple recipients directly within Scheduled Merge Actions would improve automation, streamline distribution, and ensure that all intended recipients receive the output without requiring manual intervention.
