Apsona document generation currently does not support applying if-else conditions to individual merge fields within a sublist. Customers who need to conditionally include or exclude sublist rows based on field values must use workarounds such as Salesforce formula fields and apply the filtering before the data is passed to the template.
Supporting conditional logic on individual merge fields or rows within Word Merge sublists would allow customers to apply complex filtering criteria directly within document templates, reducing the need for additional Salesforce fields and enabling more flexible document generation.
