Scheduled Merge — Ability to Send Emails to Configurable Recipient List

Current Limitation:
For Scheduled Merge Actions, emails can only be sent to the logged-in user (sender). The system does not allow specifying additional or alternate recipient email addresses.

Requested Enhancement:
Enable configuration of one or multiple email recipients when scheduling a merge, for example:

  • Internal distribution lists (e.g., ops-team@company.com)

  • Multiple stakeholders separated by comma/semicolon

Business Need:
Teams performing automated document merges (e.g., weekly donor letters, acknowledgment receipts) need emails routed to internal reviewers or operational teams — not only to the executing user.
