We've fixed an issue where the Preview Document button in Email Merge and Email-Document Merge actions could unintentionally execute the merge process for the first record instead of simply previewing the output. To prevent unexpected behavior and provide a more intuitive experience, the Preview Document option is now hidden for Email Merge and Email-Document Merge actions where document preview is not applicable. This helps ensure merge actions run only when intentionally initiated by the user.
