We’ve introduced the ability to limit the number of records returned in a sublist within Document Merge. Previously, all related child records were included, which could lead to oversized documents or merge failures when dealing with large datasets. With this update, you can now select a field to rank records, choose ascending or descending order, and define the number of records (Top N) to include per parent record. This ensures more controlled, relevant, and reliable document generation, especially for records with large related lists.
