Currently, sublists in reports and merge documents return all related child records for a parent record. There is no option to limit the number of sublist records (for example, showing only the most recent 3 or top N records per parent).
It would be helpful to have a configurable option to restrict/minimize the sublist results to a defined number (e.g., latest 3 or 5 records).
