Apsona Scheduler does not consistently record clear warnings, errors, or status messages when scheduled jobs are missed or fail to execute. This includes jobs skipped while the Scheduler is running, jobs missed when the Scheduler is turned off, runs incorrectly marked as missed, and jobs that fail due to expired authentication tokens. In some cases, such as an expired token, the Scheduler cannot connect to the org to record the failure. This lack of visibility makes it difficult for customers to identify missed executions and troubleshoot issues.
Enhancing Scheduler run results to reliably identify and report missed or failed executions, with clear status messages and actionable warnings wherever possible, would improve transparency and help customers detect and resolve scheduling issues promptly.
