This error usually occurs when Word templates contain merge fields inside text boxes that are too small to fully enclose the field codes. Even if mappings and reports are correct, clipped or partially enclosed merge fields can cause Apsona’s merge process to fail.
Cause: Merge fields inside undersized text boxes.
Solution: Expand the text box so the merge field is fully enclosed.
Result: Once adjusted, the merge action should complete successfully without errors.
