Importing Person Accounts can be tricky due to how Salesforce handles record types.
In Apsona, the key is to uncheck the "Allow invalid picklist values" option in Step 1 of the import wizard. This ensures that Apsona correctly maps the Record Type name in your CSV to the corresponding Record Type ID in Salesforce.
Also, ensure your user has the correct permissions and that Person Account fields are visible in your Apsona Configuration. If you’ve recently made changes in Salesforce (like adding fields or updating record types), please clear Apsona’s cache by going to:
Settings > Clear Cache > Object and Field Metadata.
