How to Find Your Salesforce Org ID

The Salesforce Organization ID (Org ID) is a unique identifier for your Salesforce environment. Note that Production and Sandbox environments have different Org IDs, and a new Org ID is generated each time a Sandbox is refreshed.

Option 1: From Salesforce Help Portal
If you are logged in to the Salesforce Help Portal:

  1. Click your Avatar (top-right corner)

  2. Select Support Settings

  3. Navigate to the Your Org Information tab (left panel)

  4. Locate Org ID (displayed as the first field)

Option 2: From Salesforce Setup

In Salesforce Classic:

  1. Go to Setup

  2. Navigate to Administer → Company Profile → Company Information

  3. Locate Salesforce.com Organization ID on the right side

In Salesforce Lightning:

  1. Click the Gear Icon (⚙️) → Setup

  2. Go to Company Settings → Company Information

  3. Search for Salesforce.com Organization ID

Option 3: From Apsona (Admin Only)
(Requires Salesforce System Administrator access and an active Apsona license)

  1. Open Apsona

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click Manage Licenses

  4. Select License Info

  5. Under Organization Information, locate the Org ID

Notes

  • Sandbox Org IDs change after each refresh

  • Ensure you are sharing the correct Org ID (Production vs Sandbox) when contacting support
