This issue arises because the “Deliver to email address” field in Apsona Scheduled Jobs is not filterable due to Salesforce limitations. As a result, you cannot directly create a report or apply a filter to find all scheduled jobs that contain a specific email address.
The recommended workaround is to make the Apsona Scheduled Jobs object visible and manually search the email distribution field.
First, go to Apsona Settings → Configurations and move the Apsona Scheduled Jobs (Apsona Schedule) object to the Visible list. Then clear the Apsona cache to refresh the configuration.
Next, navigate to More → Open Apsona Scheduled Jobs and switch to Tabular View. Use Set Columns to add the Deliver to email address field to the grid. Once the field is visible, use your browser’s search function (Ctrl + F on Windows or Cmd + F on Mac) to search for the specific user’s email address.
This will allow you to quickly locate all scheduled jobs where that email address is included, so you can update or remove the recipient as needed.
Because the Deliver to email address field is not filterable, enabling object visibility and using browser search is the most effective way to identify scheduled jobs associated with a specific user.
