Currently, Apsona invoices and billing management within Salesforce are accessible only to licensed users. Even if a user is added to all Apsona permission sets, the Apsona tab and related billing functions will not appear without an assigned license.
Without a License: You can designate your supervisor as the Primary Contact. She will directly receive renewal emails and invoices from Apsona but will not have Salesforce login access to the Apsona tab.
With a License: If your supervisor must view and manage invoices inside Salesforce, then assigning her a regular Apsona license is required.
