Apsona does not currently provide a UI-based global search across all reports or filters. However, you can achieve this by searching the Apsona Items object, which stores metadata for all user-created configurations, including reports, filters, and multi-step reports.
Resolution / Steps:
Go to Apsona Settings → Apsona Items (accessible to system admins).
In the Customization Type filter, choose one of the following:
filter → Filters
report → Single-Step Reports
multiStepReport → Multi-Step Reports
Use the global search bar or the Add Filter option to look for the literal code or text (e.g., "ABC123") within the definitions.
Review the results to identify every report, filter, or multi-step report where the code is used, and update as needed.
