Step 1: Master Donor Report
Create a base report with key donor details (Name, Email, Location) to serve as the main merge report.
Step 2: Dynamic Donor Report
Build a report with Donor ID and Pledge Due Date, and add runtime filters for date range selection.
Step 3: Pledge Sublist Report
Create a sublist linked by Donor ID to include all pledges (past, current, and future) for filtered donors.
Step 4: Merge Action & Button
Link the reports, configure the merge action, and add a Merge Button.
Users can enter custom dates at runtime, and the merge will generate pledge reminders with all related pledge details.
