Currently, users who need to generate a single print-ready document containing documents for multiple records and also save each record’s individual document under Salesforce Files must run separate Merge Actions to achieve both outcomes.
For example, when processing multiple donation records, users want to run a single Merge Action that generates one combined document containing the merged output for all donations, with each donation’s document on a separate page, while also generating and attaching each individual donation document to its respective Salesforce record.
Having to configure and run two separate Merge Actions increases setup complexity and requires additional manual effort. Supporting both outputs within a single Merge Action would streamline document generation, simplify configuration, and allow users to produce a combined print-ready document while ensuring that each record retains its own individual document in Salesforce Files.
