Currently, there is no way for folder structures or granular access controls for template documents. As a result, users with access to the document object can download and modify templates.
This creates challenges for administrators who need to maintain consistent, controlled templates across their organization. Accidental or unauthorized modifications can lead to incorrect document generation and increased administrative effort to restore or manage templates. Supporting folder-based organization would help protect standard templates while still allowing users to access and use them as intended.
