Apsona Dedupe/Match does not currently provide a direct way to preserve multiple email addresses when merging duplicate Contacts by transferring an email address from the duplicate record into a separate email field on the master record. Customers must use workarounds such as exporting records, manually updating fields, and importing them again. Additionally, Dedupe/Match cannot currently be scheduled to run automatically using predefined matching parameters, requiring users to execute the process manually.
Enhancing Dedupe/Match to support mapping duplicate record values into separate fields on the master record and enabling scheduled or automated execution based on predefined matching criteria would reduce manual effort, preserve valuable contact information, and streamline ongoing deduplication.
