User story
As an Apsona Builder responsible for document generation, I want one workspace that shows a merge action together with its full dependency chain, meaning the feeding reports with their filters and calculated fields, the attached templates, the output settings, and every invocation point, plus a saved history of the configuration, so that I can build, test, troubleshoot, and publish a complete merge solution without assembling it across five screens or running test merges against live records.
Acceptance criteria:
- The workspace displays every report the merge reads from, and for each report shows its filters, its calculated fields with their formulas, and its multi-step linkages.
- The workspace displays all attached templates, including conditional templates and their condition fields, and all output and post-merge settings.
- The workspace lists every invocation point, including report merge buttons, Trigger Merge flows, and Scheduler runs, with a link to each.
- The Builder can run a test merge against a selected sample record that produces the output document but suppresses post-merge field updates, file attachments, and email sends.
- Every save creates a version snapshot of the full solution configuration, including the referenced report definitions, and the Builder can revert to any prior version.
- The solution carries a draft or published state, and only published solutions are exposed to Viewer and button-merge-only license holders.
