A: For manual Apsona email merges, the recipient-level CSV is available through the Download results option at the end of the merge. However, Apsona does not retain these CSV files after the merge window is closed, so they cannot be retrieved retroactively. Salesforce's native Email Logs may provide information about outbound emails, but they do not contain Apsona's recipient-level CSV.
For merges executed through the Apsona Scheduler, historical information may be available in confirmation emails or, in Scheduler 2.0, under Reporting Tools → Scheduled Jobs. To maintain records of future merges, configure Apsona Logging Options to create Salesforce Tasks or update fields on processed records.
