It is a common need for organizations with NPSP to compare one email field to all of the NPSP email fields (ie: personal email, work email, alternate email). Apsona's tools like Import and Dedupe and Match are designed to compare fields in a one to one manner. There is not a feature to compare one field against multiple other fields.
As a workaround you can take a multi-step approach. For example when importing you can first match your .csv email field against "Personal Email" and import records that match. Then take a second pass, comparing your email field against "Work Email", etc. This will allow you to essentially compare one field against many. When using our dedupe tool, you can create multiple dedupe actions, each matching against a different field.
