Emails sent through Apsona's Document and Email Merge tool can be saved as tasks related to the records in the data source. At this point, emails can't be saved as enhanced emails (EmailMessage object). You can add a 'Request for Enhancement' on our website if this is a feature you'd like to have added to our roadmap.
